BIOGRAPHY

Anat Agami is a self-taught artist whose creative process emerges from a deep connection to the subconscious and her perception of color. Her work is entirely intuitive, without copying or prior planning, as the figures and worlds in her paintings reveal themselves through the act of painting. Her art balances precise lines with chaotic elements, inviting viewers to explore the interplay between harmony and disorder. Anat has developed a distinctive style she calls “Agamizm” in which she creates a poetic and spiritual dialogue between layers of color, nature, and figures. The recurring motifs in her work, such as animals, people, and landscapes, emerge naturally from the process and the colors themselves, free from external influences. ‏In her exhibitions, Anat often incorporates poetry alongside her paintings, adding another layer of depth and inspiration. Many of her works are now part of private collections.
